I have experience working with clients experiencing from a range of mental health difficulties, including: - Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) - Persistent Depressive Disorder - Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - Social Anxiety Disorder - Panic Disorder - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - Eating disorders such as Bulimia Nervosa and Binge-Eating Disorder - Sleep disorders - Borderline Personality Disorder
Another area I am passionate about is working with neurodivergent clients, in particular autistic people and ADHDers (people diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I use a neurodiversity-affirming therapy style to address the surrounding issues and challenges that Autistic people and ADHDers face in their everyday lives.
I also work with clients who are experiencing a difficult life transition or stressor that is affecting their psychological health. Some examples of these situations include: recent loss of a loved one, work-related stress, parenting challenges, and physical illness. I also have a special interest working with international students and expats who are currently living in Australia.
As a therapist, I take extra care to ensure my clients feel comfortable in sharing their story and I adopt a flexible and client-focused approach so that the therapy is individually tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. In treating your symptoms and addressing the issues, I draw upon evidence-based psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Sometimes clients are looking for long-term therapy to address deep childhood wounds that are affecting their current life. Other clients are seeking single-session or short-term therapy to work through a particular situation or stressor. I can provide both short and long-term therapy which is adapted based on your preferences.
Current fee: $120 per a 50-minute online individual therapy session (*note: this is significantly reduced fee as compared to the recommended fee set by the Australian Psychological Society which recommends a fee of $300 for a 45-60minute session).
Relationship Counselling and Couples Therapy
Many of my clients experiencing relationship difficulties seek individual therapy with a focus on learning skills to improve their communication style and break free from negative patterns within their relationship. We also address the issues getting in the way of a flourishing and fulfilling relationship. Some of my clients have also sought support for navigating the difficult process of a separation. They seek emotional support in reaching a decision on whether to stay or leave. The grief and loss experienced after a breakup is another area where I can provide emotional support to help my clients move forward in their lives.

Over the course of my career as a clinical psychologist, I have developed a keen interest in supporting couples address communication problems, manage periods of increased stress, and ultimately build a healthy and thriving relationship. I have foundational training in Schema Therapy for Couples which is suited for couples seeking to better understand their relationship dynamics, to develop empathy and emotional support for one another, and to learn healthy ways to cope when feeling emotionally triggered when tension arises. I also integrate principles from The Gottman´s Method which provides evidence based tools and strategies for fostering a healthy relationship based on love, support, and admiration.
When working with couples, I offer a 60-minute session to ensure we have the space to hear both partner´s experience and unpack and work through the core relationship issues.
